The Account Manager position is a full time position that serves as the primary contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The account manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent the clients needs to ensure quality. In addition, they will build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. This is a position that the interactions with the clients will be solely on the phone. We are looking for an individual that is high energy and has a high level of computer skills.
